| | | You need an Ephorus account to gain access to Ephorus. An account will be opened for you when you become a customer or ask for a free trial. You can then log in using your user name (email address) and password. |

| | | Logging in to Ephorus is always done with your email address and a password of your choice. If you have forgotten your password, click here to send us your email address. You will receive an email with your password. If you can’t remember which email address you used to register with Ephorus, please contact support@ephorus.com. |

 | I can’t see a button to send my login details when logging in. |
| | | Older versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape sometimes don’t show the latest fields. Press ‘Enter’ after filling in your user name and password. |

 | How can I change my login details? |
| | | You can change these settings under ‘My account’ once you have logged in. This includes your email address, password and other preference settings. |

 | Can students also gain access to Ephorus? |
| | | Students can never gain access to Ephorus. |

 | Is it possible to resend an invitation? |
| | | Yes, this is possible. If an instructor has accidentally removed the email with the invitation to use Ephorus, the Key User can resend the invitation from the ‘Invitation overview’. |
