If your educational institute is going to start using Ephorus, the first step is to name a Key User. Within your institute, the Key User is the pivot between the teachers and Ephorus. He or she is the first contact point for any questions and comments and also invites teachers to use their Ephorus accounts. 

After accepting the invitation from the Key User, the teacher is supplied with the login details to his or her Ephorus page. Every invited teacher has a personal page, regardless of whether the institute chooses to integrate Ephorus within their Intranet or virtual learning environment. On this page, the teacher can upload documents to be checked for similarities and view the results of the check.
